Board books use a specialized case-style binding, but it is not standard case binding. Instead of inserting a paper book block into a hard cover, each page is mounted to board and directly bonded at the spine, creating an integrated, heavy-duty structure.

Page thickness is customized by combining paper weight and board thickness. Common options range from 1.2mm to 2.5mm per page, depending on durability requirements and book size.
What is the minimum and maximum page count?
