Printing Order Process: From Inquiry to Delivery

Stage1: Consultation & Quoting (in 24 hrs)

• Submit Your Specs: Start by providing your book dimensions, page count, paper choice (Specialty vs. Coated), and binding style
• Expert Review: Our team analyzes your requirements to ensure manufacturing feasibility and cost-efficiency.
• Get Transparent Quote: Receive a comprehensive quote, including lead times and shipping options (DDP, CIF, or FOB).

Stage2: Pre-press & Proofing (1 week)

• File Verification: Send us your artwork. We perform a professional pre-press check on resolution, bleed, and color profiles. [Click here to know the artwork requirements]
• Physical Proofing: We provide physical digital samples (high-fidelity mockups) to help you verify layout accuracy and paper texture. The sample production fee is 100% refundable upon your bulk order placement. Please note that shipping costs for samples are covered by the client.
• Client Approval: Production only begins once you are 100% satisfied with the proof.

Stage 3: Mass Production (1.5 weeks)

• Precision Printing: Using industry-leading technology (like Heidelberg presses) to ensure consistent quality.
• Masterful Binding: Careful application of headbands, ribbon markers, and cover finishes.
• Quality Control (QC): We perform rigorous inspections at every stage—from ink density to binding durability—to ensure Manufacturing Integrity.

Stage 4: Logistics & Customs

We understand that international logistics can be complex. That’s why we offer flexible shipping solutions and expert customs handling to ensure your books arrive safely and on time.

1. Flexible Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We operate under various Incoterms based on your needs and level of involvement:

• DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle everything—freight, customs clearance, and import duties. The books are delivered directly to your door with zero hassle for you.
• DAP (Delivered at Place): We deliver the books to your specified location, while you handle the import duties and local taxes upon arrival.
• FOB (Free on Board): We deliver the goods to the port of departure (e.g., Shenzhen). You take responsibility for the ocean freight and insurance from that point onward. FOB is the most widely used and most professional incoterm.
• EXW (Ex Works): You arrange the entire pickup and shipping process directly from our facility.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Lead Times

Depending on your budget and deadline, we offer three primary shipping modes:
