What safety standards do your children's sticker books comply with?
Our children’s sticker books are produced to comply with CPSIA and ASTM F963 for the US market, and EN71 for EU and UK markets. All materials — including inks, adhesives, and facestocks — are non-toxic and child-safe as standard. Third-party test reports are available upon request.
Are your sticker adhesives safe for young children?
Yes. We use water-based, solvent-free removable adhesives for all children’s sticker books. For toddler and infant products, we use low-tack adhesive that allows stickers to be peeled and repositioned without damaging pages. PVC facestocks are not used in any children’s sticker book we produce.
Can you produce board sticker books for toddlers?
Yes. We produce board books with thick cardboard pages, lay-flat sewn binding, and rounded corners as standard for toddler products. Cover weight starts at 400gsm with matte lamination. All board book production uses child-safe materials compliant with CPSIA and EN71.
Can stickers be repositioned without damaging the pages?
Yes, for products using removable low-tack adhesive. This is standard for toddler and kids’ sticker books where children peel and reposition stickers repeatedly. For older children’s products, permanent adhesive is the default but removable is available on request.
How precise is your kiss-cutting for children's sticker sheets?
Our kiss-cut is calibrated to cut through the facestock and adhesive layer only, leaving the release liner fully intact. Cutting depth is tested and adjusted per material type before each production run. Pre-production samples are available for kiss-cut quality verification prior to full print approval.
